Self-Defense Calendar
Empowered Woman techniques are designed to help anyone escape
from an attacker. The moves are based on leverage, physics and
body mechanics and do not require strength, speed or
coordination. Women of any age, size, strength or level of
physical fitness can use them effectively!
Empowered
Woman is peace of mind!
The
beginners Empowered Woman program consists of 6 classes of 60
minutes each.
Skills
are taught and drilled in a relaxed atmosphere until each student is
able to execute the technique.
Standing
Techniques include: resisting being pushed or pulled;
escape a front or rear choke; block any punch; defend against a
weapon and more.
Ground
Techniques include: escape from an attacker who is between
your legs; escape from an attacker who is sitting on your chest and
more.
Our
on-going monthly "Options" classes are for those who wish to continue their
training, practice, and/or pursue a black belt. These classes
offer excellent physical workouts.
